REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Window
Customers have 24 hours from the date of delivery to submit a refund or exchange request.
To submit a request, please contact us through our Contact page and include:
• Order Number
• Full Name
• Last 4 Digits of the Phone Number used on the order
• Reason for the request
Refund Policy
Refund requests are only accepted if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item must be unworn, unused, in good condition, and returned in its original packaging.
After reviewing your request, our team may ask for photos of the item to verify the issue before approving a refund.
Once the item is collected and inspected, the refund will be processed. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
Exchange Policy
Exchange requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues, subject to stock availability.
If the customer ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping and handling fees related to the exchange.
The exchange process may take 3 to 5 working days.
Items must be unworn, unused, in good condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Out-of-stock items are non-exchangeable.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling costs on accepted exchange requests unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Post-Purchase Actions
All orders are subject to only one post-purchase action.
This means each order can only be refunded or exchanged once.
